To prevent fraud and network abuse we must verify the identity of all new customers, we will send full instructions after receiving your order. If we are unable to verify your account we will refund any payments that you have made. This process can typically be completed in just a few minutes, and while we appreciate that it may be a hassle, we hope that you will understand that this benefits all customers by limiting the potential of service degradation caused by fraudulent orders.
You may cancel your server by providing us at least 10 days earlier with cancellation notice via the support portal ( https://portal.xtom.com/ ). If you fail to provide notice 10 days before the end of your billing period you agree to be billed for 1 more period.
